Please be mindful I am a working mom and this is a in home salon🧘🏾‍♀️🧖🏽‍♀️ *Booking Policy: Client bookings for services will need to have a credit card on file on the booking site.This will allow clients to pay for their services as well as be charged a cancellation/no show fee, if applicable with the credit card on file. If you have a fee that is past due no future appointments can be made until past due fees are paid in full. This includes any discount site booking as well all bookings REQUIRE a card on file. *Late Policy: Life is crazy and unexpected things come up. Please call/text if you think you will be running more than 10 min late for your appointment. If possible, I will try to adjust the schedule to accommodate but this is not guaranteed. If I’m able to accommodate a charge of $10 will be charged. However, you may be asked to reschedule if you're more than 10 minutes late. This ensures that scheduling adjustments do not interfere with another client's appointment. If the client has not communicated after the 10 minute grace period a cancellation/no show fee will be charged. *Cancellation/No Show Policy:  I understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment, sometimes at the last minute.  I do allow ONE courtesy NO CHARGE cancellation/no show for emergency cases. Hi Please be advised that there will be a 50% fee (paid via cash app, zelle, apple pay or  credit card on file) of services booked to those who either do not show up for their confirmed appointment or do not cancel within 12 hours of confirmed scheduled appointment. Rebooking of any future appointments are at nail technicians discretion with a deposit of 50% of the services being booked.
